Jenna Nelms is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in event management and customer service. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Specialist at Escape Campervans USA since August 2017, Jenna was promoted from Front Desk Agent within 10 months. Previous roles include Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Hermitage Hotel, where the establishment was recognized as the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Tennessee for two consecutive years, and Banquet Captain at The Standard at the Smith House, where Jenna advanced from Banquet Server in under a year. Additional experience includes management of catering services at Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint and frontline customer service roles at The Union Station Hotel and JetBlue Airways. Jenna's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's Degree from Valencia College.

Founded in 2009, we rent campervans out of 13 locations in the US and Canada: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Las Vegas, New York, Phoenix, Orlando, Salt Lake City, Portland, Chicago, Vancouver, and Calgary. Our team has local knowledge and expertise to help our renters get the most out of their vacation.
