Katia Pawlak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as the Reservation System and Training/Development Manager at Escape Campervans USA since July 2019, Katia is responsible for delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting on-the-road customer issues, and managing a million-dollar hub that enhances the outdoor adventure experience for tourists. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager in Training at the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, where Katia supported English language acquisition for students and organized cultural lesson plans. Earlier, Katia worked as a commercial fisherman, gaining hands-on experience in maintaining and operating fishing vessels. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Katia combines a robust educational background with practical skills to foster customer satisfaction and business growth.
