Alexis Monville

Alexis Monville is a seasoned leadership coach and investor with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Leadership Coach at Pearlside, Monville focuses on helping tech leaders scale their organizations effectively. A notable former role includes serving as Chief of Staff to the CTO at Red Hat, where Monville played a pivotal role in operationalizing a complex 10,000-person organization.
