Joy Falletta possesses extensive experience in event organization and game design, currently serving as an Event Organizer at Escapology LLC since March 2016. In this role, Joy excels at creating high-quality experiences for groups at the Las Vegas and Orlando venues. Joy also has a background as a Senior Game Designer, responsible for developing games, including puzzle and set design, as well as managing inventory and electronics systems. Prior to this, Joy demonstrated strong customer service skills as a Game Master at Escapology, ensuring guest satisfaction in escape games. Earlier experience includes roles at Adcomm, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, Bria Bistro as a Hostess, and Target in price accuracy and cashier responsibilities.
