Steve Croughan

Steve Croughan is the current owner of Escapology Lakeland since September 2023. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Escapology, including Vice President Operations, Director of Operations, and Head of Game Design. Before joining Escapology, Steve worked at Osbourne Purdie as the Curriculum Design Manager and Lead Trainer for DriveSense. Steve began their career at DriveSense as a Lead Trainer. Steve attended Oaklands RC Comprehensive in Waterlooville, UK from 1986 to 1992.
