Carmen Vilchez

Carmen Vilchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and human resources. Currently serving as a Business Developer for the MSc program at ESCE International Business School since March 2022, Carmen focuses on student recruitment and programme promotion. Previous roles include Human Resources Project Manager and Training Manager at Ville de Paris, where responsibilities encompassed managing initial and continuing education programs, and developing pedagogical content. Carmen's early career included positions in organizational psychology and media as a radio host. Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Human and Social Sciences from Université Paris Cité and a professional license in Psychology from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta.
