Marcelo Alves is an experienced software engineer and development team lead with a strong background in high-performance web application development and modern architecture patterns. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at eschbach and Senior Software Engineer at Natixis in Portugal, Marcelo has previously held positions at MA Software, Natixis Investment Managers, KCS iT, and Glintt, where contributions included improving and maintaining various internal applications and healthcare management products. Marcelo's career began in 2000 with roles in the Brazilian Air Force and local government, focusing on intelligence analysis and process automation.
