Annabelle Sumaoy

Annabelle Sumaoy has a wealth of experience in various roles related to software testing, project consulting, and technical support. Annabelle started their career in 2000 as a HelpDesk Support Assistant at Trend Micro, and later worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Sykes Asia Inc. In 2001, Annabelle became an Instructor I at AMA Computer College. Annabelle then worked as a Product Support Representative at Link2Support, Inc. in 2002 and as a Test Lead at TechCareers Inc. in 2010. Annabelle held the position of Chief Systems Engineer at EPSON Software Engineering (Phils.), Inc. from 2003 to 2010, where they gained expertise in software testing, test management, and process improvement. Annabelle continued to contribute to the field as a Project Consultant at BCS Information Systems from 2011 to 2014 and at Banking Computer Services Private Limited from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, Annabelle served as a Senior Consultant at Amaris from 2015 to 2016. Annabelle is currently employed as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Escher Group.

Annabelle Sumaoy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from AMA Computer College, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, Annabelle completed their high school education at Holy Name University from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Annabelle has also obtained several certifications including ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level - Test Analyst from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in August 2014, ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level in May 2009, Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 3 from The Japan Foundation, Manila in February 2007, and a Certificate of Eligibility (Honor Graduate) from the Philippines Civil Service Commission in April 2000.
