Erich Oppenheimer

Erich Oppenheimer has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Erich started their career in 1987 as a Supervisor of Installation and Customer Training at Positran Inc, where they supervised a team of eight Training Coordinators and facilitated systems installation for POS systems nationwide. From 1988 to 1997, Erich worked at NCR Corporation as a System Engineer, where they were responsible for software installation, support, end-user training, and pre-sale marketing. Erich also served as a Tier 3 Helpdesk Manager, implementing a helpdesk team and handling critical live site defects. From 2000 to 2007, Erich held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at NCR Corporation, focusing on software design, requirements definition, integration, and business rule implementation. Erich also served as a Project Manager, contributed to the development of multiple APIs, and authored software requirements and design documents. In 2007, Erich joined AHCC as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for requirements gathering, system design, and implementation of the USPS Intelligent Mail Asset Control System. In 2010, Erich transitioned to ICSC-Inc as a Consultant/Project Manager, utilizing appropriate technologies to solve business problems. Since 2012, they have been working as a Business Analyst at Escher Group.
