Pierre-Olivier Harnois-Arel

Pierre-Olivier Harnois-Arel has a diverse range of work experience in software development and artificial intelligence. Starting in 2019, they worked as an Artificial Intelligence Intern at Soucy, where they trained AI for image classification and implemented MVC architecture for a tablet application. In 2020, they served as an Application Development Analyst at Université de Sherbrooke, where they conducted cost analysis, integrated APIs, and developed and maintained stored procedures in SQL. Pierre-Olivier then joined iBwave Solutions Inc. in 2021 as a C# Developer, contributing to the development of serialization algorithms and creating custom serializable objects. At Genetec in 2022, they worked as a Software Developer, developing PowerShell scripts, producing PowerBi reports, and creating access control documentation. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Escher Group, starting in 2023.

Pierre-Olivier Harnois-Arel completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, they attended Cégep de Trois-Rivières between 2016 and 2018, where they pursued Mathematics and Computer Science.
