Aaron-Lee Batterson

Aaron-Lee Batterson is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in change management, organizational resilience, and strategic communication. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at escient since March 2023, Aaron-Lee focuses on helping leaders create adaptable organizations. Prior roles include Change Manager at Great Southern Bank, where Aaron-Lee developed change management strategies for cyber security, and similar positions at RACQ and Defence Housing Australia, emphasizing regulatory changes and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous experience also includes roles at the Department of Environment and Science, EY, Accenture, and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, where Aaron-Lee contributed to diverse projects including digital transformations and policy advisement on gender equality. Aaron-Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Asian Studies from Griffith University.
