Donna Potts is the Head of People & Culture at Escient. With a background in change management, Donna has held various consulting and managerial roles in companies such as Innodev Pty Ltd, Velrada, SMS Management & Technology, and ElectraNet Pty Ltd. Donna has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Ashby Molitor Executive and Chandler Macleod. Donna holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of South Australia.
