Thomas Stianos

Thomas Stianos is a Non Executive Chairman with extensive experience in managing services businesses and providing strategic advice to CEOs and boards. They served as Non Executive Chairman at Empired Ltd from 2016 to 2021, leading the company through significant growth, and have held various leadership roles including CEO at SMS Management & Technology from 2002 to 2015, where they transformed the company from a loss to an EBITDA profit of $44 million. Currently, Stianos is involved with several organizations, including Gale Pacific Limited as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and holds positions on the boards of Xref and SOCO. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Melbourne, graduating with First Class Honours.
