Indra Setiawan

Indra Setiawan joined Esco in 2008 and has filled various roles in the company, including Electrical and Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Manager for New Product Development and Customized/Sustaining Engineering, Production Manager, and Plant Manager. Indra currently serves as the Esco Lifesciences Group VP for Manufacturing.

Indra has over 12 years of production management experience, with a focus on production planning and resolving technical and operational challenges while maintaining uncompromised quality, safety standards compliance, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery. He has managed an overall plant relocation in 2011, helped increase Esco's overall production capacity, and curtailed disruptions through proven supply chain strategies.

He runs the day-to-day operations at Esco's Bintan R&D and manufacturing site and oversees daily plant production and manufacturing operations for the timely shipping of high-quality products to customers worldwide.

Indra graduated cum laude at Atmajaya Catholic University with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree.
