Xiangliang Lin

Xiangliang (XL) Lin is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Founder, President, and CEO of multiple companies, including ESCO ASTER PTE LTD, Esco Healthcare, Esco VacciXcell, and Esco TaPestle Rx. With a focus on innovative technologies such as the Tide Motion Adherent Cell Platform and automation-centered architecture, Lin has significantly contributed to the development and validation of advanced healthcare solutions. Additionally, Lin has held the role of Group Deputy CEO at Esco Micro Pte Ltd since March 2009, overseeing market development and strategic initiatives for life science tools. Lin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney.
