Dave Wilhelm

Dave Wilhelm, MBA, MEd has a diverse work experience in various roles related to HR analytics, data analysis, and talent management. Dave has worked at ESCO Technologies as the HRIS, Data & Analytics Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Bayer as the Customer Experience Analytics & Insight Manager, Sr. People Analytics Consultant, and Process Consultant - HR Analytics. Dave also worked at Monsanto Company as an HR Predictive Analytics Specialist, Caleres Inc. as the Manager - Talent Analytics & Insights, and Corizon Health as the Talent Analytics & Application Specialist/ Sr. HR Analyst. Additionally, Dave has experience in research and consulting, having worked at Vandover as the Director of Consulting Resources and Research Manager. Dave started their career at GMAC Insurance as a Claim Representative and also worked at Vandover as a Research Specialist. Overall, Dave brings a strong background in data analysis, HR analytics, talent management, and consulting to their work.

Dave Wilhelm, MBA, MEd, has an extensive education history. Dave first attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Following this, they pursued higher education and achieved a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum & Instruction from the same university from 2004 to 2007.

Furthering their educational qualifications, Dave completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal degrees, Dave Wilhelm also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Leadership & Strategy from Cornell University.

To augment their skill set and stay updated in their field, Dave obtained a certification in Intelligent Decisions with SAP Analytics Cloud from SAP in July 2019.
