Kris Wojewodzic

Kris Wojewodzic has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. They started their career in 2004 as the CEO of Stowarzyszenie Centrum Edukacji CEL and went on to work as the CEO of FunMedia, where they founded an online language learning startup. In 2009, they became the Chief Operating Officer at eTutor - LangMedia Sp. z o. o., contributing to the development of the first English language school online. Kris then served as the director of the Open Educational Resources Department at the Ministry of Education Poland from 2012 to 2014. They later became the EdTech Director at Vistula University, leading a team in achieving the university's goal of becoming a top e-learning institution in the CEE region. Kris has also worked as an IT Strategy Consultant and CEO of their own company, Dr. Krzysztof Wojewodzic. They currently hold positions as the CEO of Escola, where they are responsible for business strategy and development, and as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Wellms. Additionally, they are also involved in the field of education as an Information Technology Lecturer at Wrocławska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych and serve as the EO myEO Education Champion at Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Kris Wojewodzic's education history includes a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Wroclaw (2006-2010). They also received a postgraduate diploma in Educational Management from Podyplomowe Studia dla Menedżerów Oświaty (2009-2010). Kris obtained a qualified English Teacher degree from Teachers College in Wroclaw (2008-2009). They pursued further education in the field of management and received an MSc in Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (2005-2009). Kris then pursued a PhD in Management Information Systems, General from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (2013-2016). They also obtained a postgraduate diploma in IT Management from the University of Warsaw (2013-2014).

Additionally, Kris Wojewodzic has obtained various certifications, including "Generative AI for Business Leaders," "AI 2041: Five Visions for Our Future (Book Bite)," "Get Ready for Generative AI," and "Introducing AI to Your Organization" from LinkedIn. They have also obtained a certification in "Web Video: Lighting" from LinkedIn in 2020.
