Patrícia Matos is the CEO and Founder of Essência Exponencial since July 2018, specializing in helping individuals connect with their essence and overcome personal challenges through self-knowledge and emotional intelligence. Additionally, Patrícia serves as a Certified Corporal and Behavioral Analyst, conducting detailed analyses to understand individual behaviors and dynamics in relationships. Experience includes delivering workshops and training for significant companies and acting as a Life Coach with a focus on family and relationships through the creation of the "Governe-se" program. Patrícia holds various previous positions in internal auditing and back-office analysis at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras and IOB.
