Dylan Karzen

Dylan Karzen is an experienced physics teacher currently teaching 11th grade physics at Mission Vista High School within the Vista Unified School District since June 2023. Prior experience includes teaching at the Escondido Union High School District and the Paramount Unified School District, where Dylan taught 9th grade physics and engineering, and served as an internship advisor for a four-year program. Previous roles also include teaching all levels of high school math and physics at Los Angeles Unified School District and serving as a mathematics and physics teacher in Irvine. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
