Mhealyssah Bustria

Mhealyssah Bustria is a professional with diverse experience in education and technology, currently serving as a Special Education Data Technician at Escondido Union School District since September 2022. Mhealyssah has a background in tutoring elementary students in English, Spanish, and Math, as well as developing a robotics and coding curriculum for middle school students as an After-School Enrichment Coach at Treobytes. Previous roles include Operations Lead STEM Ambassador at the Center for Research and Engagement in STEM Education, where Mhealyssah organized Mobile Making sessions to engage students in STEM. Additional experience includes mentorship at Girls Make Games, teaching assistance in computer science courses at California State University San Marcos, and research with COVID-19 data at UCSD Division of Biomedical Informatics. Mhealyssah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos.
