Anil Kumar C is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in Human Resource Management. Throughout their career, Anil has worked with notable companies such as Ballarpur Industries Ltd., Bharti Airtel, and Escorts Agri Machinery Group, where they currently serve as the Group Head of HR. They have expertise in HR strategy, organizational restructuring, and talent management, having also provided consulting services to several firms, including Dainik Bhaskar and Dalmia Cements. Anil holds a PG Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology and a B.Com in Commerce from Victoria College, Palakkad.
