Divya Gupta

Divya Gupta is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory services, particularly in mergers and acquisitions tax. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Escorts Kubota Limited since January 2024, Divya previously held the position of Partner at DSG & Associates from April 2019 to January 2024 and worked as a Senior Consultant at EY from October 2015 to November 2018. Additionally, Divya began a career in consulting with Dass Gupta & Associates as an Article Trainee from August 2012 to August 2015. Divya is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University.
