Marikya Gupta

Marikya Gupta is an experienced professional in the paint industry, currently serving as Manager of the Paint Shop at Escorts Kubota Limited since February 2025. Prior to this role, Marikya held positions as Technical Specialist at Axalta and Assistant Manager in the Paint Shop & Tractor Assembly at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited between December 2019 and July 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Services Officer and Techno Commercial Officer at Axalta and Berger Nippon Paints Automotive Coating, respectively, as well as previous work as Officer Production at Kansai Nerolac Paints. Marikya holds a Diploma in Paint Technology from Government Polytechnic Lakhimpur-Kheri, completed in 2013.
