Pramod Rajan

Pramod Rajan has had a significant amount of work experience in various roles and companies. Pramod started their career in 2001 at Escorts Limited as the Chief Manager for Transmission Design, where they worked until 2005. Pramod then joined Mahindra & Mahindra as a Deputy Manager for a short period before moving to DANA INDIA TECHNICAL CENTRE as a Team Leader from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined Escorts Limited again, this time in different roles such as DGM- Product Strategy [Technology], GM - Project Management Office, and Head - Vehicle Design & Integration. Finally, in 2016, Pramod Rajan joined International Tractors Limited as the Head of Research and Development, where they are currently working.

Pramod Rajan completed their B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering at Allahabad Agricultural Institute from 1994 to 1999. Pramod then pursued an M.Tech in Farm Machinery & Power Engineering at G B Pant University of Agriculture & Technology from 1999 to 2001.
