Davide Sola

Davide Sola is the CEO and Co-Founder of Strategy in Action, leading the development of the Strategy in Action Programme, an innovative end-to-end strategy solution for organizations seeking to enhance their strategic resilience and effectiveness. In addition to this role, Davide serves as a Professor of Strategy and Management at ESCP Europe and as Dean of ESCP Business School London, while also holding positions as President and Senior Advisor at 3H Partners and an Equity Partner at iStarter, a notable European angel-led accelerator. Prior experience includes managerial roles at McKinsey & Company, consulting for Alitalia, and heading new ventures at Hartley Investment Trust. Davide Sola's educational background encompasses a PhD in Enterprise Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino and advanced management training from Harvard Business School.
