Philip Meissner

Philip Meissner is a Professor and Chairholder of Strategic Management and Decision Making at ESCP Business School since January 2018, where responsibilities include teaching and involvement in Executive Education, as well as serving as the European Academic Director of the Master in Strategy and Digital Business program at the Berlin campus. In August 2019, Philip founded and directs the European Center for Digital Competitiveness, which aims to enhance the focus on digital competitiveness in political and public discourse. As a co-founder and advisor of Equiqo, a software company known for providing quality IT services and remote team solutions, and a member of the Advisory Board for Qurator.com, Philip contributes to innovative solutions in decarbonization. Additionally, as a keynote speaker since January 2020 and a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum since April 2022, Philip speaks on the impact of artificial intelligence in decision-making processes. Education includes a doctorate and MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, as well as studies at Harvard Kennedy School and Nanyang Technological University Singapore focusing on sustainability and equity.
