Erica Brignolo

Erica Brignolo has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. Erica started their career in 2004 as a Training and Development Consultant at A.S.L. 3 Torino, and later worked as a Training Consultant at CISL in 2006. In the same year, they also joined Ordine degli Psicologi del Piemonte as a Training and Development Consultant. Erica then moved on to roles at Fiat Auto and WEP Italia as a Recruitment Consultant from 2006 to 2008. Erica also worked as a Researcher at A.Re.S.S. Piemonte from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on improving the quality of healthcare services in the Piemonte region. From 2006 to 2014, Erica held various positions at ESCP Business School, including Career Office Manager and Corporate Relations Manager & Employer Branding services. Finally, in 2017, they became the Head of Corporate Relations & Partnerships at ESCP Business School.

Erica Brignolo has a Specializzazione in Psicoterapia Cognitivo Comportamentale from Istituto Waston, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Erica also holds a Corso di Master Universitario di 2° livello-CMU2 in Gestione delle risorse umane/Amministrazione del personale, generale from Università degli Studi di Padova, completed in 2006-2007. Furthermore, they attained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Psicologia del lavoro e delle organizzazioni from Università degli Studi di Torino, a degree they secured from 1997 to 2003.
