Giovanni Scarso Borioli

Giovanni Scarso Borioli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Co-CEO and co-founder of Strategy in Action since June 2022, Giovanni also holds the position of Assistant Professor of Management at ESCP Europe, where engagement has spanned from March 2007 to the present. Previously, Giovanni was a Partner and Senior Advisor at 3H Partners from March 2013 until April 2024. Educationally, Giovanni earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management of Strategic Change Projects and Programmes from University College London (UCL) between 2010 and 2016, completed the General Management Program at ESCP Business School in 2006, and obtained a degree from Politecnico di Torino from 1996 to 2003.
