Ivan Fantin

Ivan Fantin serves as the VP and Global Head of Operational Excellence at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities include designing a global business system to integrate initiatives across the company's extensive operations. With a rich background in Lean methodologies, Ivan has held prominent roles such as Chief Lean Officer and Vice President at APM Terminals, where efforts focused on evolving the company’s lean system and coaching over 22,000 employees. Additionally, Ivan is an adjunct professor at ESCP Business School and an author of the Applied Problem Solving methodology.
