Thad Lepcio

Thad Lepcio currently serves as the Director of Athletics at The Episcopal School of Dallas since July 2023. Prior to this position, Thad held the role of Director of Athletics at Peddie School from July 2020 to July 2023 and at Baylor School from August 2003 to July 2020, where Thad also focused on student leadership. Thad's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Athletic Director at Wofford College from June 1994 to July 2003. Thad completed a Master of Science in Sports Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and American History from Amherst College. Thad's foundational education was completed at The Roxbury Latin School.
