Jahangir Alam is a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the enterprise solutions industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Service Delivery at ESDS Software Solution Limited since August 2019. With a strong focus on project management and expertise in Linux, Windows, cybersecurity, VMware, and disaster recovery solutions, Jahangir is also a certified PMP and ISMS ISO/IEC 27001:2022 auditor. Prior roles include Head of Service Delivery & ITSM and General Manager of Information Technology, where Jahangir led IT operations and designed custom IT solutions for enterprise clients. Previous experience encompasses positions at Hyperslice, eukhost®, Webhosting UK, and Host.co.in India, showcasing a solid foundation in system administration and technology management. Jahangir holds an MBA in Information Technology from Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj's Institute of Management Research & Technology and a BSc in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
