Prajakta Jadhav is the Head of Software Development at ESDS. She started her career with ESDS in the year 2009 . Prajakta is involved in providing software as a service solutions to customers helping them meet business needs. Prajakta looks after enhancing product portfolio by providing software development offerings and implementing innovative solutions in software design and architecture. Prajakta finds it interesting to understand customer’s background thoroughly and recommend a best fitting solution that leverages the resources invested.
