Rahul Ghosh

Rahul Ghosh is a Senior Business Analyst at ESDS Software Solution Limited since April 2022, with prior experience as a Business Analyst at Aureus Tech Systems. At Aureus Tech Systems, responsibilities included documenting business requirements and coordinating user acceptance testing. Before transitioning to business analysis, Rahul worked in the hospitality industry, starting as a Front Desk Associate at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces from November 2015 to March 2017, and later serving as a Front Office Supervisor at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris from April 2017 to December 2018, where management of front desk operations and team supervision were key duties. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, and is currently pursuing a Credit Linked Program in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
