Ramaiah Nadukuru

Ramaiah Nadukuru is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at ESDS Software Solution Limited since October 2022, Ramaiah previously worked as a Start-up Strategic Advisor and Consulting CFO from April 2019 to October 2022, where significant achievements included securing MSIPS incentives from the Government of India for over $100 million in qualified investments, as well as obtaining $35 million in debt syndication and $9 million in equity syndication. Prior experience includes positions such as Head Finance at ZF India Pvt Ltd, where cost optimization efforts led to a 10% reduction in hourly costs and profitability in all business units within a year; India Financial Controller for Microsemi India group, overseeing the acquisition of three companies and implementing robust internal financial controls; and Finance Head at Open Solutions, successfully migrating finance and accounting functions in record time. Ramaiah holds a CACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Master’s in Commerce from Berhampur University.
