Prabbena Vara Sinthujan

Prabbena Vara Sinthujan has extensive experience in project leadership, management, and coordination, primarily within the BIM industry, currently serving as Project Leader at eseebase a/s since December 2012. Responsibilities include customer care, planning, process optimization, budget approvals, and managing project resources across international teams in Denmark, Bangladesh, and Mumbai. In addition to founding TheLead ApS and co-founding Myra Ejendomme, Prabbena Vara also led PRABBENA VARA as Founder & Creative Director. Previous roles include sales assistant at Glitter International AB and positions with Danfoss and Aldi Denmark, showcasing a diverse background in technical design, sales, and customer service. Educational qualifications include multiple project management courses from Mannaz, along with various certifications and degrees from Aros Business Academy and Aarhus Tech.
