Diego Camilleri is a seasoned venture capital professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in early-stage investments and strategic advisory roles. As a General Partner at Lanai Ventures since 2022, Diego is involved in managing a €25 million VC fund aimed at supporting innovative Spanish entrepreneurs. Diego founded eSeed.vc, a global network that connects over 170 investors and founders across 25 countries to foster early-stage startups. As an advisor for Loyal VC, Diego assists portfolio companies on critical challenges. Additionally, Diego has a successful track record as an angel investor, leading syndicate investments in numerous startups and participating in early rounds for various companies. Prior roles include leading EMEA Competitive Strategy at Uber and serving in various capacities at KPMG in Deal Advisory & Strategy, where Diego focused on M&A transactions across multiple industries. Diego holds an MBA from INSEAD and has completed an Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
