Evelyn Yoa

Evelyn Yoa has a strong background in animation, having worked at various studios such as Digital Domain, Moving Picture Company, Weta Digital, ScanlineVFX, Waterproof Studios, Zoic Studios, Digital Domain 3.0, and Bardel Entertainment. Evelyn has served in roles such as Animator and Senior Animator, showcasing their expertise in creating visual effects and animations. In 2021, they joined eSentire as a Software Developer I, where they automated powerpoint slide report generation and expanded features on their report generation system. Evelyn also managed an epic by gathering requirements from product and facilitating communication between teams. Overall, Evelyn has a diverse range of experience in animation and has recently transitioned into the software development field.

Evelyn Yoa has a diverse education history. In 2003, they enrolled at McMaster University and pursued a BA Honors in Multimedia and Japanese Studies, completing their degree in 2009. In 2008, they attended Animation Mentor, focusing on Character Animation for two years until 2010. Later, in 2011 and 2012, they enrolled in Animation Mentor once again, this time specializing in Animals and Creatures. Most recently, in 2021, Evelyn completed a diploma in Web Development at Lighthouse Labs.
