Jeffrey Franks has a diverse work experience starting in 2019 as a Youth Ministries Intern at Warden Full Gospel Assembly, where they organized work, collaborated with diverse populations, and assisted in event planning. In 2021, they worked as a Production Team Member at Lakefront Student Painting, demonstrating attention to detail, teamwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2022, Jeffrey served as a Tabulator Deputy Returning Officer at Elections Ontario for a brief period. Jeffrey then transitioned to a role as a Developer at Cryptoflex Cloud Mining, where they developed front-end and back-end applications using HTML, CSS, and APIs. Currently, they are employed as a SOC Analyst at eSentire, analyzing cyber threats, conducting investigations, and utilizing various analytical tools and techniques.

Jeffrey Franks attended Francis Libermann Catholic High School from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Jeffrey then attended Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School from 2019 to 2020, also obtaining an OSSD. From 2020 to 2022, Jeffrey attended Durham College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Systems, focusing on Information Technology. Concurrently, they enrolled in Ontario Tech University from 2020 to 2024, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology (Honours) with a specialization in Cybersecurity.

In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey has obtained certifications such as the Networking Academy Learn-A-Thon 2022 from Cisco, which they acquired in March 2021, and the Introduction to Cybersecurity certification from Cisco, earned in February 2021.
