Kathryn Hodge

Kathryn Hodge has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Kathryn is currently the Chief People Officer at eSentire. Prior to their current role, Kathryn was the VP of Human Resources at Wellpoint Health Ltd from July 2016 to May 2017. Kathryn has also held senior positions at BlackBerry and William Osler Health Centre. Kathryn started their career at Nortel where they spent over 8 years in Talent Development and HR. Kathryn is a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies.

Kathryn Hodge has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Guelph in Liberal Arts and they are certified as a trainer from Achieve Global and as a DisC assessor. Kathryn is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from Psychometrics Canada.
