Lisa Crozier

Lisa Crozier has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lisa began their career as a Coach at Revolution Gymnastics Center from September 2009 to January 2015, where they organized and led gymnastic programs for children of various ages and abilities. During this time, they worked with children with developmental disabilities and ensured a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.

In November 2013, Lisa joined Parents For Community Living KW Inc. as an Assistant Support Provider until June 2016. At this organization, they contributed to providing support services to individuals in the community.

Following that, Lisa joined eSentire in June 2016 as a SOC Administrator. Lisa held this role until January 2018 and was responsible for supporting the Security Operations Center.

In January 2018, Lisa transitioned to the position of Project Coordinator at eSentire and continued their work until October 2019. In this role, they played a crucial role in coordinating various projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Lisa then moved on to become a Customer Success Specialist at eSentire from November 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they focused on ensuring the satisfaction and success of the company's customers.

From June 2021 to May 2023, Lisa worked as an Onboarding Manager at eSentire, where they played a pivotal role in the onboarding process of new clients.

Currently, Lisa holds the position of Senior Onboarding Manager at eSentire, which they began in May 2023. In this role, they continue to oversee the onboarding process and ensures a smooth transition for new clients.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated their ability to adapt to new responsibilities, work effectively with diverse populations, and contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Lisa Crozier attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) degree in Sociology.
