Sas-Ap® Eugen Stoica

Eugen Stoica, SAS-AP®, has extensive work experience in security and law enforcement. Eugen started their career as a Fire Prevention and Investigation Department officer at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 1985 and worked there until 1990. Eugen then joined the Ministerul Afacerilor Interne România as a Police Officer from 1990 to 2010. In 2015, Eugen became a Deputy Sheriff at the Government of New Brunswick / Gouvernement du Nouveau-Brunswick until 2017. Eugen then transitioned to working as an Independent Safety and Security Consultant at Stay Safe in 2017. Currently, Eugen is a Physical Security Administrator at eSentire since 2020.

Eugen Stoica has a Bachelor's degree in Law and Public Administration from Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din București. Eugen also holds a Diploma in Criminology from Eastern College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Situation Awareness Specialist® Advanced Practitioner (SAS-AP) from Arcuri Group in June 2021. Other certifications include Oleoresin Capsicum and Expandable Straight Baton from the Government of New Brunswick in June 2015 and April 2015 respectively. Eugen also holds a certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention from Eastern College in August 2014. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications and trainings related to combating terrorism, crime scene operations, WMD investigation, and law enforcement safety and survival from institutions such as the Ministry for European Union Affairs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and INTERPOL, among others.
