Carsten Wiesbaum

Carsten Wiesbaum has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a System Support Intern at Southampton Solent University from September 2009 to August 2010. Carsten then worked as a System Support Officer (teleworking) at the same university from September 2010 to December 2010.

In 2011, Carsten joined Accenture Technology Solutions GmbH as an IT Consultant, where they worked from February 2011 to April 2013.

After that, Carsten joined esentri AG, where they held multiple roles. Carsten began as a Senior Oracle Consultant from May 2013 to December 2014. Carsten then transitioned to the role of Principal Oracle Consultant from January 2015 to May 2017. Additionally, Carsten also served as a Software Architect at esentri AG from January 2015 until their most recent role as an Agile Change Coach & Consultant, which they started in June 2017.

Carsten Wiesbaum holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering Management from Solent University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Carsten obtained the Certified OKR Master accreditation from die.agilen GmbH in June 2020. Carsten also holds the Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant certification, which they obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2019.
