Ingo Sobik-Weniger

Ingo Sobik-Weniger has had a diverse range of work experiences. Ingo started their career at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) - Institute for Material Handling and Logistics, where they worked as a Student Tutor from April 2013 to February 2014. Ingo later became a Student Researcher from March 2014 to August 2015.

In 2015, they joined esentri AG as a Working Student and worked there until August 2017. In September 2017, they transitioned to a Consultant role at the same company and held this position until April 2020. From April 2020 to March 2022, they worked as a Senior Consultant Digitale Kultur at esentri AG. In April 2022, they were promoted to the role of Head of Products & Delivery, a position they currently hold.

In addition to their work at esentri AG, Ingo Sobik-Weniger was also involved with DOAG e.V. (German Oracle User Group). From October 2016 to September 2021, they served as a Board Member and Head of the Next Generation Community.

Overall, throughout their professional career, Ingo Sobik-Weniger has gained experience in various roles, including Head of Products & Delivery, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Working Student, Student Researcher, and Student Tutor.

Ingo Sobik-Weniger completed their education at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Ingo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2015 and further pursued a Master's degree in the same field from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Ingo has obtained several certifications, including SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in September 2017. Ingo also holds certifications such as Certified Professional Requirements Engineer - FL (Institution: IREB GmbH), KASTEL (Institution: Karlsruher Institut für Technologie), and Start in die Lehre - Tutorenschulung (Institution: House of Competence (KIT)).
