Martin Balusik

Martin Balusik has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Martin started their career as an Accountant and Auditor Assistant at Bomaconsult Ltd in 2003. Martin then moved on to IBM in 2004, where they worked as a Financial Accountant until 2006. From 2006 to 2018, Martin worked at Orange in various positions including Senior Controller, Reporting & Analysis Manager, Financial Reporting Fraud & Revenue Assurance Manager, and Chief Controller and CFO Deputy. In 2019, they became the Deputy CFO at ESET and was later promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Martin has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and team management throughout their career.
