Martin Šemelák

Martin Šemelák is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical writing and sales operations. Currently serving as a Knowledgebase Technical Writer III/Manager at ESET since April 2021, Martin has progressed through various positions, including Self-Service Specialist III and Technical Writer roles. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Operations Analyst and Specialist at Dell EMC, and earlier roles in customer service and education, such as a Shop Assistant and English language lector. Martin's educational background encompasses a Ph.D. candidacy in English and American literature from Palacký University in Olomouc, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature from the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava.
