Parvinder Walia

Parvinder Walia has extensive experience in the cybersecurity industry, particularly in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Parvinder held various roles at ESET, including President - APJ, Director of Sales & Marketing - APJ, Marketing Director - APJ, and Channel Marketing Manager APJ. In these positions, they were responsible for driving business growth, managing partner networks, creating marketing strategies, and implementing sales incentives. Walia also served as Managing Director at ESET Australia, Representative Director at ESET Japan Inc, and Managing Director at ESET ASIA PTE LTD. Parvinder is currently an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council. Prior to joining ESET, Walia worked as an Inside Channel Account Manager at CA Technologies and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in R&D at Maruti Suzuki India Limited.

Parvinder Walia completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Technology Sydney in 2006-2007. Prior to that, in 2005-2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the same university. In 1999-2003, Parvinder earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. They also have additional certifications, including being a Certified ESET B2B Sales Professional from ESET and completing the Marketing Strategy in a Digital World course from the National University of Singapore.
