Roxana Quintanilla

Roxana Quintanilla possesses over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in both national and multinational companies. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at ESET since December 2020, Roxana has previously worked as an Organizational Psychologist and Certified Coach from January 2011 to March 2022. Roxana's extensive career includes significant roles, such as Director of Human Resources at Premium Restaurants of America, where responsibilities included managing Human Resources for multiple brands across El Salvador and Guatemala. Roxana holds a Bachelor's degree in Work Psychology from Universidad 'Francisco Gavidia,' obtained between 1981 and 1986.
