James Jarvis has extensive work experience in the customer support and service delivery field. From 2000 to 2010, they worked at Evolving Systems as a Lead Support Consultant and later became the Global Customer Support Manager. In 2010, they took on the role of Director - Global Customer Support, overseeing a dedicated team of technical support engineers and providing technical and commercial management for new and existing customers. In 2014, they joined Eseye as the Head of Customer Relationships, responsible for delivering technical support services to a diverse customer base. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Director, and in 2022, they became the Professional Services Delivery Director at Eseye.
