Janet MacKay

Janet Mackay, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Admissions at ESF Camps & Experiences since March 2024. Previously, Janet was the Community Relations Director at IntegraCare Corporation from August 2022 to March 2024 and held the position of Senior Director of Membership and Retention at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine from April 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included driving membership growth across multiple branches. With extensive experience in youth programming at SportsPro Summer Camps from February 2013 to April 2021, Janet designed large-scale programs and led staff training and development. Earlier roles include General Manager - Regional Sales Director at Sportime and Organizational Development Manager at Henry Schein, where Janet pioneered the development of the HSI Learning Institute. Janet holds an MBA from Dowling College and a BS in Elementary Education from Boston University.
