Dora Barahona

Dora Barahona is an experienced manager with a robust background in customer service, operations, and team development. Currently serving as a Unit Manager at Compass Group USA and as a Site Manager with Eurest Services since April 2008, Dora oversees unit operations, budget management, inventory, inspections, scheduling, payroll, and safety training. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at DMS Facility Services from June 2006 to April 2008, and as Area Manager at ISS/ONE SOURCE from October 1989 to October 2000, where responsibilities encompassed similar areas of management and employee development. Dora holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Janitorial Project Management from UEI, completed between 2004 and 2005.
